• The meeting was called to order at 11:12AM by Jary Rupe (Chap. Coord.) at Coffee and More, in Tularosa. Members present included Jary and Debi W. Rupe (Chap. Sec’y.); Jim and Debbie Jo Burrell; Hippy and Cindy Broughton; and Vern LaBelle. Laura Clingman (former member and soon to be a member again) was also at the meeting.
• Prior Month’s Minutes: Debi Rupe gave out copies of the February 14th minutes. Debbie Jo made the motion to approve the minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Cindy and approved.
• Paid out during the month: ABATE Annual Easter Egg Hunt toys $200.21
• Crash Fund Collection: $11.00
• Bill submitted and paid at the meeting: None
• Cindy had new ABATE meeting posters printed for members to put up.
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt 4/12: Set up at 1:00pm and hunt to begin at 2:00pm at Veteran’s Park in Tularosa.
• Easter Bunny: Sharon Nunn and back-up Beckah Chandler.
• Take Back the Night 4/4 at 7:00pm: Not enough volunteers we will not participate this year.
• MRF Membership: Jim made the motion to renew our sustaining membership in MRF for $100.00. Cindy seconded the motion and the motion passed.

No “Fun Run”. We will be dying eggs after the meeting at Jim and Debbie Jo’s.
